Why Hire a Motivational Speaker?
Motivation is the engine that drives organizational performance. Research shows that if you boost employee morale, company profits will follow. What can you do to energize your team? Bring in a first rate motivational speaker!

Why Mary B. Lucas?
With 25 years of experience in “The People Business,”  -- also known as the executive staffing and recruitment industry – Mary Bichelmeyer Lucas has a long list of accomplishments, accreditations and accolades to her credit.  She has successfully coached many professionals to reach goals, enhance working relationships, and improve team performance.

Most recently she founded MBL Consulting and authored Lunchmeat & Life Lessons:  Sharing a Butcher's Wisdom, which made its debut in December 2006 and is already in its third printing.  In her book, Mary shares how she climbed the corporate ladder and succeeded in the people business by following her father’s good old-fashioned common sense advice.

During Mary’s motivational speech you will learn how John Bichelmeyer’s strong business mind and outstanding compassionate people skills inspired Mary throughout her career and helped her to become a top senior executive in the billion dollar staffing industry.  The “Lunchmeat & Life Lessons Learning Series” is full of many tasty morsels of knowledge dished up and served on a platter with a dose of humor. Here are a few samples for you to nibble on:

“Remember the comeback sauce!”
See the best in people-find the like.”
Don’t act like it’s your due-take every chance to say thank you.”
“Inspire yourself.”

Mary is a frequent speaker for a variety of professional groups around the country. Below some comments on the inspiration and impact of Mary’s presentation on their own lives.

“Most of us have read a really great book and when the movie came out we were disappointed because it wasn’t anything like the book.  Not this time, the show was just as good. I am changed for the better because I was able to attend.  One of the measures of success in your life is the people you meet and the books you have read. This was like a ‘two-for-one sale’ for me. Just a word of advice: this book reads like a two-hour conversation and the ending is there before you realize it.  Oh yeah, put a box of tissue next to you because unless you are devoid of emotion you’re going to need it. “I have attended many seminars but this one would have to rank in my Top 5 list.  Mary was sensational and really spoke to me.  What talent and enthusiasm for life!  We will all be watching to see her career take flight!  Thanks!”

“Your presentation yesterday resonated within me in so many different ways. Every once in a while you meet someone, or run into an idea that very gently reminds you of what you're all about.  That is what you did for me.  I walked into work this morning with renewed purpose and focus, and a renewed commitment to bring more love to the workplace."
