Mary B. Lucas is the Principal, Founder and President of MBL Consulting. She has more than 25 years of experience working with senior management in the employment and workforce management industry. As an Executive Vice President for an international staffing organization, she has coached many professionals at all organizational levels to successfully reach goals, enhance working relationships, and improve team and organizational performance. Author of the motivational and inspirational book Lunchmeat & Life Lessons: Sharing a Butcher’s Wisdom, Mary is known for her strategic approach, enthusiasm and ability to inspire when consulting with individuals and groups. Her goal is to help individuals improve performance and achieve both professional and personal goals resulting in enhanced organizational effectiveness.

Educational Background
Mary earned her B.S. degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kansas State University. She is a graduate of the College of Executive Coaching Intensive Training Program and among other behavioral assessments is certified to administer the BarOn EQ-i and EQ-360 emotional intelligence assessments.
