Gayle Selby MBA, MC is an Arizona state-licensed psychotherapist, operating an independent practice in Scottsdale where she specializes in EMDR therapy to help people reach their highest potential in their personal and professional lives. Gayle also serves at both Behavioral Health Hospital and Psychological Counseling Services, Ltd., a leading U.S. provider of intensive therapy founded by Dr. Ralph Earle.

Prior to her career in psychotherapy, Gayle built a successful career in the employment and workforce management industry. She has served in several executive level positions in Fortune 500 companies including President of the Saratoga Institute, the world leader in the field of HR metrics and analysis dedicated to the premise that intelligent measurement is fundamental to performance improvement.

Educational Background
Gayle holds two masters degrees, including a masters of business administration and masters of counseling psychology. She has completed specialized post-masters training in the treatment of trauma, abuse, and deprivation using specialized therapeutic modalities including EMDR. She is a Certified EMDR therapist and an Approved Consultant in accordance with the requirements of the EMDR International Association.
