Worked with individuals to help them meet established goals by providing coaching support focused on key areas of development. National Launch of Innovative Service Delivery Option
Partnered with the Chairman, CEO and COO of a national staffing organization to implement and launch a new leading edge service delivery option for their clients and employees. Supported all aspects of initiative development, implementation and execution to a national network of offices. Detailed all functions related to roll out including service delivery process mapping, creation of supporting forms and materials, training design and delivery, ongoing compliance tracking and coaching post rollout for continued success.

Organizational Study & Assessment
Completed rapid study of branch operations for national healthcare organization within a 30-day period, resulting in the identification of specific operational concerns impeding business growth, and detailed recommendations to senior management for delivering immediate solutions to address critical issues.

Revenue Growth Initiatives and Execution
Directed development of a defined process for a large field-based sales organization to increase local small to mid-size business sales revenue. Included development and delivery of instructor led and self-paced training resources and sales coaching support to facilitate the execution of targeted sales efforts.

Led initiative to create a team of virtual recruiters to support short-term, high volume client recruitment projects and ease impact on daily operations of local offices. Demand for virtual recruitment services led to growth of team from 17 to 110 recruiters in a year’s time, resulting in over 3,600 positions filled in 2003.

Targeted Training and Development Programs
Directed project to enhance and revise a 5-day Branch Manager Training class for a national healthcare staffing company. Responsible for leading all aspects of project completion including training design and content development, training logistics and required materials, and final workshop deliverable.

Managed Training Department for business unit, including course development and design, ongoing associate career development, tracking and compliance reporting, identification of ways to leverage technology to increase the accessibility of training and professional development via virtual delivery methods.
